Design Technics, originally MMC Architects and Engineers was founded in 1998. Joint venture formed with Messengers Consulting UK and it was renamed Design Technics in 2015. This has made the firm stronger and enabled to achieve enhanced visibility and credibility in the construction industry more quickly.

As a subcontractor, we work closely with structural engineers and small to medium sized engineering consultancies providing sturctural designs and drawings for residential projects and commercial steel frame structures. With the help of our structural design team, we successfully undertake complete responsibility for project design from the conceptual stage and moving forward in creating preliminary designs followed by a detailed designing project.

We also provide services such as converting pencil sketches to CAD drawings for planning permission and photo realistic 3D images of building presenting services for architects and property developers. We undertake draughting work from preliminary to construction stages with any number of revisions.
